- I
am pregnant is the tour safe for me?
For safety reasons, woman who are pregnant are not allowed
to participate.
- I
have small children can they come?
ATV riders must be at least 16 years old to drive alone
on an ATV. All minors under 16 must have a parent or guardians
sign for them to ride on the back of an ATV.
- I´ve
never ridden an ATV before, can I come?
Yes! No experience is necessary. All customers will be
given a safety orientation and equipment briefing and
then will be required to drive a short course to show
they are comfortable driving the ATV.
- Are
there any health restrictions for the tours?
Women that are pregnant are not allowed to participate.
Anyone with heart, back or neck problems is also encouraged
not to partake.
- Where
do I check in for my tour and how do I get there?
Always go to our reservation offices in downtown Quepos
located on the 1st corner as you come into Downtown Quepos
you will see our sign ATV Tours for a printable map go
to contact us.
- What
should I wear?
Tennis shoes are fine long pants and long sleeve t-shirts
are suggested. Swimsuit and towel suggested as well. For
a $6.00 wash fee Long Pants and T-shirts may be suppplied.
- What
type of equipment do you use?
For all tours we use 2004 and 2005 Yamaha 350cc 4x4 ATV's
Fully Automatic w/Digital Display (NO SHIFTING REQUIRED)
We also provide full face helmets and eye protection goggles.
Custom accessories may also be available in our store.
- Do
you accept credit cards?
Yes, for your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard and
American Express. We also accept Travelers Checks and
Cash-however a credit card is still required to reserve
your tour.
- What
is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations
within 24 hours and no shows will be charged in full.
please note: Cancellations for parties with 5 or more
in the group must be made at least 48 hours in advance
to avoid being charged in full.
- I
would like to pay for my tour with cash is this possible?
Yes. However, to book your reservations, we will need
your credit card to confirm the reservation.Your credit
card number is part of the confirmation process, but the
transaction is not charged until 24 hours prior to the
tour.
